purchasing any of our pergola, pavilion or planter box kits. These resources include key details
about product specifications, installation, delivery, and maintenance. Our goal is to ensure you
have a smooth experience from purchase to installation. If you have questions at any point,

Important Information for Pergola Supply Customers
-Review our resource pages, including FAQs and measurement guides.
-Decide whether you will install the pergola yourself or hire a contractor. We are here for
you or your contractor during installation.
-Provide an accurate delivery address and phone number.
-Read our Shipping Policy and Warranty, as our kits ship via motor freight and arrive in
large, heavy crates.
Delivery Expectations
-Someone must be present to receive, inspect, and unload the shipment by hand.
-Plan for at least two able-bodied individuals to unload the kit (30-45 minutes for most
kits; longer for large/custom sizes).
-Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any missing or damaged items on the delivery
paperwork and take photos.
Returns & Order Changes
-All kits are made to order and cannot be returned once production has begun, except in
cases covered by our shipping policy.
-Any changes to the original order must be made by email within 2 days of the original
order. Changes should be sent to sales@pergolasupply.com.
Shipping Policy Overview
-Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free; surcharges may apply for areas
requiring special transport.
-Orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks.
-Delivery is curbside only. The shipping company will contact you to schedule an
appointment.
-If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or is refused without
valid damage, storage or reshipment fees may apply.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incomplete
-Note all damage or missing parts on the delivery paperwork before signing.
-Take photos and contact us immediately at info@pergolasupply.com or 877-565-3510.
-We will replace missing or damaged parts at no charge and prioritize your replacement
order.
